Database is corrupted.
- Find database file *.VHA2
- open profile config %AppData%\video-hub-app-3\settings.json
- find variable currentVhaFile that is pointing to database
- Delete database file
OR
- Find database file %AppData%\video-hub-app-3\Preferences
- Delete Preferences file
Restart Video hub
