1. install virtual PDF printer, PrimoPDF 3.0
2. download and install from here https://muszak.eu/download/277764/
3. install PDF viewer Foxit PDF Reader 2.3 Windows 98, https://muszak.eu/download/277767/
4. you can easly print that pdf on mordern system / printer
