hard to say, first check that all subdomains contains spearted SPF record
/etc/bind/zones/my.domain.com
@ IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ~all" gitlab IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ~all"
where @ - my main domain.com
and gitlab is for gitlab.domain.com
